The Poetry Anthology Master Course
From Local Gems Press
James P. Wagner (Ishwa) and Nick Hale of Local Gems Press have helped edit, compile, produce, publish and launch over 130 poetry anthologies over the last 15 years. The anthologies have ranged from local community anthologies, to regional anthologies, to themed anthologies and international books.
The launch events for these books have been attended by thousands, and helped create, expand and grow poetry communities around the country and the world.
They have worked with other organizations and publishers to help them with their own poetry anthologies and have developed a tried and true system for creating them. The how-to of this process is something they get asked about frequently when on tour and during seminars and course.
So they have been hard at work creating a course, for the first time, to dive into the whole process!
It is not unreasonable to suggest that these two editors are some of the foremost experts on this topic in the country if not the world...
