Every year along the coast
The clouds rolls through again
A land of revelry and holiday
On days so clear and blue
As Summer turns to Autumn
Now chooses to eschew
Any sign of activity
Any sign of delight
To live along the water’s edge
Is to live upon the brink
Knowing at any moment
All you’ve worked for may sink
